Cycling down the path of life

Holstee Manifesto Lifecycle Video

Described recently in the Washington Post as the new “Just Do It”, the Holstee Manifesto is arguably the most important icon produced by this innovative company. The manifesto was created by the three Holstee founders on the steps of Union Square as they quit their jobs and embraced the future. It captures the emotion of what they aspired to and has inspired many more, being shared over 500,000 times and viewed by 60 million.

Holstee recently released the Manifesto Lifecycle video that captures the spirit of message. The bicycle is the central cultural icon they chose to best convey the inspirational tone of the manifesto. Enjoy.

    • It is a motivating idea. Makes me want to strive for a better life, and ride a bike.

  2. I love this manifesto. If this video won’t put a smile on your face today, nothing will.

    • Completely agree.

  3. I love the video! Some of my best thinking, ideas and problem solving occurs when I am riding. Depending on weather (southern California), I ride every day I can which minimum twice a week. Thanks to MLK holiday, three times this weekend.

    • Glad you enjoyed the video KC. My bike rides help me to think clearly also. I’m aiming for three rides this weekend too. Even with below freezing temperatures forecast here (Virginia Beach) tomorrow morning it’s still going to be awesome.

  4. I don’t ride a bike anymore but loved the video. Thanks for sharing and motivating me this weekend.

    • You’re completely welcome Kay Lynn. Hope you’re having a great weekend.

  5. Great vid! Can’t get enough of it.

When’s the Bike Lane Living manifesto video coming out?!

    • It’s a pretty cool vid. Ha, not sure when our manifesto is coming out. We’ll have to get busy on that.

  6. Loved loved loved the video. Makes me want to move somewhere warm where I can bike right now.

    • It makes me want to jump on a bike too, every time I play it. Glad you like it Marissa.
