A Morning Bike Ride
An early morning bike ride easily passes as a spiritual experience for many. With nothing more to think about than your breathing, cadence, and staying upright it’s easy to forget about the stresses and pressures we’ll likely face in the day ahead. This moment of Zen invariably ends too quickly, but the gratification of knowing that you got to see the very best part of the day can last for hours.
Shane Reetz and Brian Kaeter recently teamed up to produce A Morning Bike Ride (below).
“When the spirits are low, when the day appears dark, when work becomes monotonous, when hope hardly seems worth having, just mount a bicycle and go out for a spin down the road, without thought on anything but the ride you are taking.” Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
